アマビエさま"Amabie"

江戸時代、肥後国（現在の熊本県）に現れたといわれる妖怪「アマビエ」。豊作や疫病を予言し、「疫病が流行ったら姿を描いた絵を人々に見せよ」といって海に消えたそうです。

"Amabie", a youkai said to have appeared in Higonokuni (now Kumamoto Prefecture) during the Edo period. He foretold a good harvest and a plague, and said, "If the epidemic is prevalent, show people a picture of its appearance" and disappeared into the sea.
